Mama's Mac n Cheese

Over Labor Day weekend, my mama made The Pioneer Woman's macaroni and cheese. I even got to help her make the cheese sauce. I helped add the ingredients while she stirred it on the stove.

I thought this mac -n- cheese was so good. It was cheesy and creamy, the noodles were totally coated in gooey goodness. I really loved the layer of crispy cheese on the top, it added a whole other level of flavor that was sharper than the rest of the mac-n-cheese.

I added a little salt and pepper and was ready to dig in! I highly recommend you make this for your kids. It tastes so much better than the boxed mac-n-cheese and it doesn't take much longer to make than the boxed stuff. I give this 4 out of 5 stars!

Hello World! I'm so excited that I get to have my own blog! My mom set it up for me as a place to share things that I love...like fashion, movies and food!

Here's what you need to know, I'm just a kid but I love fashion. Clothes, shoes, jewelry, makeup, hair and accessories! Love it! I'm totally into movies - some of my favorites are anything Barbie or Princess, Disney movies and of course, Harry Potter!! My dad has been reading the books to me since I was a baby, we are almost done with book 5 and we go on Daddy & Daughter dates to see the movies when they come out. Plus I have all the movies on DVD. My mom thinks I am going to be a food critic or a chef when I grow up because I am always giving her reviews after I taste her cooking or baking. What can I say, I'm a girl who knows what I like and I want to share it with the world! Come on and join me, won't you?!
